Accomodation
Hamilton Terrace is a listed building in the centre of Lamlash. Number 23 enjoys beautiful unrestricted views across Lamlash bay to Holy Isle and beyond to the Ayrshire coast. Sitting just outside the cottage on the bench is the perfect way to end the day, having a quiet drink, watching the world go by and taking in the stunning views out over the bay.
The property has been recently refurbished and upgraded to an excellent standard throughout, and has full central heating and ensuite facilities. Bed linen is provided so you just need bring your own towels. We feel sure that this lovely cosy cottage will offer you all the home comforts that you would desire. We are sorry that smoking and pets are not permitted in the cottage
Lounge
The lounge is large and boasts a large comfy three piece suite; plenty of soft lighting and a cosy warm glow fire making it the perfect place to relax after long day out and about enjoying the island. Home entertainment is supplied by Freeview TV, DVD with a large selection of films, a music centre and Nintendo Wii and games (for the kids of course).
Dining Room
The dining room has a soft cosy ambiance and can accommodate up to four diners comfortably. Soft lighting can be used to create the perfect atmosphere for those special romantic moments.
Kitchen & Utility Room
To the rear of the house you will find a well appointed kitchen with all modern appliances you would expect, these include a large family cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc... In fact we can't think of anything else you might need. If there is - please let us know.
Situated next to the kitchen is a fully equipped utility room housing a large fridge freezer, a washer/dryer and ironing facilities.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is on the ground floor and comprises a bath with shower, wash basin and WC.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom is at the front of the cottage and provides stunning views across the bay to Holy Isle. There is a large king size bed, wardrobes and chests of drawers providing enough storage space for those of you who wish to bring the kitchen sink! The master bedroom has ensuite facilities comprising of a toilet and wash hand basin.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is located to the rear of the cottage; this cosy room has twin beds and plenty of storage.
